Fred Zeir Triple ZZZ Mako Jet 13”

The Fred Zier (Zeir) model that famously features distinct jet holes drilled directly into the top and sides of the head is the Mako Jet.[1]

Produced under his ZZZ Lures banner, this heavy offshore big game head was highly sought after by East Coast marlin and tuna anglers. The angled top jets were meticulously machined to scoop air and surface water, generating a heavy, churning bubble trail, while the inner core provided an unmistakable organic flash underwater. [1]

Because of its incredible bubble track and stability at trolling speeds, this specific head shape was also a favorite variant white-labeled by premium offshore outfits

this one is a purple and black foil insert with Purple and pink over white skirts.
