Product Overview:
Up for auction is a legendary heavy-tackle classic from the Zuker's big game lineup. While Zuker's smaller tuna feathers and medium marlin baits are widely known, the ZM-7.5 is their rare, discontinued heavy-tackle flagship monster built specifically for targeting grander-class apex predators.
Weighing in at a massive 11.5 ounces, this 14-inch flat-faced pusher is built to bulldoze water. It creates a tremendous, deep-plunging smoke trail and handles rough water beautifully without blowing out of the wake. It is a premier choice for the short corner or flat line positions, holding its position perfectly right in the dense, churning prop wash.
The head features a brilliant mirrored prism insert that catches and throws high-intensity flash at multiple angles under the sun, completely mimicking a large, panicked bonito or skipjack tuna.
Condition Notes for Collectors:
The heavy-poured clear resin head is in exceptional vintage shape with great luster. It shows beautiful clarity and has avoided the cloudy amber yellowing common in older resin gear. The blunt face rim and skirt saddle are clean, completely free of structural cracks or severe billfish bill-impact chips.
Since Zuker no longer mass-produces this massive 14" ZM-7.5 heavy-tackle model for retail catalogs, finding one in this premium condition is a great opportunity to expand your vintage heavy-tackle spread or elevate your classic offshore display wall.
Mahi Colored mirrored insert and skirted in Mahi colors.
