Zukers Lures
The ZM-5 features a scooped, slanted swimmer face (often called a Kona head). It provides a wild, diving, side-to-side swimming action. [1]
Zuker ZM-5 Specs & Comparison
- The Head Shape: Unlike the flat-nosed ZM-5.5, the ZM-5 has a scooped face and an offset leader tube. This design forces the lure to dive down, swim erratically, and then pop up to grab air. [1]
- The Size: It measures 11 inches to 11.5 inches long. This makes it slightly shorter and more compact than the 12-inch ZM-5.5, but still noticeably larger and longer than the 8.5-inch ZFTW series. [1, 2, 3]
- Best Position: Because of its aggressive swimming action, it is a favorite for the short rigger or long corner where it can dance just out of the white water.
